Job Summary
Leading the execution of complex multi-national travel program implementations, the full-time Senior Global Implementation Manager will manage end-to-end delivery while designing scalable global playbooks and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of new business projects, ensuring communication and alignment with customer expectations
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver solutions that balance global standardization with local market needs
- Develop and institutionalize scalable implementation frameworks to enhance efficiency and quality across client deployments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience managing large global implementations
- Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and convert them into customer solutions
- Experience managing teams, including contractors and suppliers
