Senior Global Media Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Global Media Project Manager, this remote contractual position will manage operations, refine processes, and enhance communication across teams while supporting the Senior Director of Global Growth Marketing.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain centralized storage of agency and team documents for easy accessibility
• Facilitate communication for processes, planning sessions, and team meetings to ensure proactive planning and execution
• Oversee budgets, facilitate Purchase Order creation, and generate weekly performance reports for executive leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree highly desired
• Proven project management experience, preferably in marketing or media
• Strong organizational skills with a knack for prioritization and meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in G-suite applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
• Experience in budget management and contract administration highly desirable
