A company is looking for a Senior Global Mobility Expert to manage and modernize domestic mobility programs in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop domestic mobility programs, including immigration and relocation policies
Oversee governance and compliance processes, collaborating with various stakeholders
Consult on strategic mobility solutions and optimize HRMS for enhanced employee experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, law, economics, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in Global Mobility programs management
In-depth knowledge of immigration, tax, and social security challenges in key markets
Experience with HRMS systems, specifically Workday and ServiceNow
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
