Senior Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple regions
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international payroll regulations and tax laws
• Manage the global payroll team and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to standardize processes and drive efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in payroll operations, with at least 5 years in a global payroll leadership role
• Experience working with global payroll systems (ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience managing payroll compliance for large multinational organizations
• Experience leading payroll system implementations and integrations
