Senior Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

Leading the global payroll function, the full-time Senior Global Payroll Manager will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with tax laws, and optimize payroll systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the end-to-end processing of multi-entity global payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Act as the primary business owner for payroll systems, focusing on configuration, data integrity, and reporting
• Lead complex financial/HR system migrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive payroll management experience in a high-growth environment
• Deep knowledge of employer tax obligations and payroll compliance across multiple countries
• Experience with global mobility taxation and cross-border payroll compliance
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-level payroll system implementations
• Extensive experience with equity payroll and stock-compensation taxation
