Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Payroll Specialist for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain payroll process guides, SOPs, and audit checklists to standardize workflows
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a global or multi-regional environment
• Canadian Payroll Association PCP certification preferred
• Experience with payroll software and systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Dayforce)
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting, with a focus on data analysis
• Experience in providing training and guidance to payroll specialists
