Job Summary
Leading global payroll operations, the full-time Senior Global Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing across the US and international entities, ensuring compliance with payroll-related tax regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute full-cycle payroll processing for US and international entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage payroll-related tax withholdings and oversee tax filings and registrations in various jurisdictions
- Conduct internal and external payroll audits, improving processes for efficiency and compliance with local labor laws
Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of high-volume, multi-region payroll experience
- Expert-level proficiency in ADP and experience with platforms like Hibob HRIS, Oyster Payroll, and Activpayroll
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets
- Experience in an AI-forward environment, utilizing AI tools and technologies in daily work
- Located in the ET or CT time zones is highly preferred
