Job Summary

Driving cost structures and savings, the full-time Senior Global Procurement Manager will manage procurement strategies for apparel, ensuring competitive pricing and product excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and align with business growth
• Lead competitive RFP processes to secure optimal costs and commercial terms with manufacturing partners
• Collaborate with sourcing teams and vendors to optimize material availability and pricing for finished goods

Required qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement or supply chain management within the retail apparel sector
• Proven track record of managing competitive RFP processes with international partners
• Hands-on experience with clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
