Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops high-quality, integrated, cross-functional plans aligned with the overall program strategy
• Ensures cross-functional alignment and timely completion of annual goals
• Facilitates resource planning and conducts risk management and scenario planning

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in drug development and commercialization functions
• Program and project management skills in a healthcare-related environment
• Emotional intelligence skills for influencing and navigating within a matrix environment
• Experience with Project Management tools and methodologies in the Biopharmaceutical Industry
