Senior Global Supply Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Supply Manager to lead its supply base strategy across critical nuclear hardware and production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply base strategies with a focus on cost, risk, capacity, and qualification
• Establish supplier segmentation and manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL) to ensure compliance with regulatory and performance standards
• Lead improvements in the RFx process and implement systems to enhance sourcing operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain or strategic sourcing within a hardware-focused industry
• Direct experience with nuclear hardware or suppliers under nuclear regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to build or restructure supply base strategies at a systems level
• U.S. citizenship required
