Senior Global Supply Planner

Job Summary

Driving global supply visibility and risk management, the full-time Senior Global Supply Planner will oversee supply planning processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide executive decision support in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle global supply risk assessments and manage supply reviews as part of the S&OP process
• Drive proactive identification of supply shortages and capacity constraints, defining mitigation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead the development of the global supply chain forecast by integrating regional demand signals and forward supply requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5+ years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain leadership roles
• Advanced Excel and AI skills; experience with SAP ERP and advanced planning systems preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive governance in planning processes
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex planning topics for senior leaders
