Senior Global Trade Manager

Job Summary

To support the Global Trade & Customs practice, the full-time Senior Global Trade Manager will oversee project management, client engagement, and resource optimization, ensuring efficient delivery of services while enhancing client relationships and reducing delivery risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide centralized oversight of all active Global Trade & Customs engagements, ensuring projects stay on track with scope, timeline, and budget
• Manage consultant utilization and align staffing with project needs, deadlines, and skillsets
• Serve as a key client-facing contact, assisting clients with customs processes and providing actionable guidance

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year degree
• 8 years of professional experience, with a preference for 10+ years in consulting or project management roles
• Strong project management experience overseeing multiple concurrent engagements
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting frameworks
