• Manage and administer all wellbeing programs while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Analyze program participation and outcomes to assess effectiveness and return on investment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience managing benefits and wellbeing programs
• Experience managing benefits programs for organizations with over 40,000 employees
• Experience with benefits administration in unionized environments is preferred
• Global experience is preferred
