Senior GO Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GO Developer for a remote position in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Significantly contribute to medium to large feature releases and provide high-quality technical contributions
• Contribute to defining technical direction, planning, and providing constructive feedback to ensure team success
• Mentor team members, improve code structure and architecture, and collaborate effectively to solve problems and resolve technical issues

Qualifications and Skills:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with minimum 7 years of experience or master's degree with minimum 7-10 years of experience
• Professional working experience developing with golang
• Hands-on experience with Distributed Systems, Microservices, GraphQL, Postgres databases, and Linux/Unix
• Experience with authentication mechanisms, concurrency, network protocols, RESTful APIs, and messaging brokers
• Working knowledge of containerization, Cloud providers, gRPC, and frontend technologies is a plus
