Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web services for a core B2B SaaS application
• Lead initiatives to research, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools to enhance the software development lifecycle
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full stack B2B SaaS development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and back-end development (Go preferred, Ruby/Python/PHP acceptable)
• Experience with database management, specifically PostgreSQL
• A product-first mindset with a strong focus on user experience and design
• Ability to architect solutions for complex, distributed systems
