Job Summary

To enhance the efficiency of the sales and marketing teams, the full-time Senior Go To Market Systems Engineer will design and implement AI agents and automated workflows in a remote capacity, focusing on lead enrichment, outbound personalization, and pipeline pattern detection.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents to improve lead enrichment and automate outreach processes
• Integrate AI workflows with existing CRM and marketing automation systems to ensure seamless data flow
• Analyze and measure the impact of AI solutions on sales and marketing performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, or a related B2B technical role
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows or agents that address business challenges
• SQL fluency with the ability to write queries against data warehouses like Snowflake
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation integrations, including Salesforce and Pardot
• Strong analytical skills and systems-thinking ability to develop effective solutions from business problems
