Key Responsibilities

Manage incident response for Google Workspace issues, focusing on Gmail performance and delivery
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Gmail, mail routing, and user access
Utilize Google Workspace Admin SDK and Gmail API for issue investigation and automation

Required Qualifications

Extensive coding experience in Python
Strong knowledge of Gmail API and REST API

Familiarity with DNS configurations and email security protocols
