Senior Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on Operational Risk Management (ORM) testing, the contract Senior Governance Analyst will provide specialized governance and control guidance in a fully remote role, ensuring that existing controls effectively mitigate risk while collaborating with stakeholders and enhancing team knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders and complete Design and Operating Effectiveness Testing, communicating findings effectively
• Participate as an active team member, supporting a positive work environment and ensuring timely communication on project status
• Enhance team knowledge through mentorship and knowledge transfer, while staying current on emerging trends and developments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of overall experience in compliance/ORM testing
• Proven focus on meeting and exceeding SLAs
• Previous testing experience, ideally within the banking industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
