Job Summary
Providing senior-level support for government regulatory contracts activities, the full-time Senior Government Contracts Specialist will develop and administer contracts with state and federal governments for Medicaid, Medicare, and other government-sponsored programs, ensuring compliance and quality in submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and respond to research requests related to government health care programs and prepare regulatory reports for filings
- Review provider agreements and other contract deliverables for compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Participate in meetings with state agencies and corporate departments, disseminating relevant information to staff and leadership
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Marketplace health insurance programs, with 1 year in government contracts
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for government-sponsored programs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in data analysis, report creation, and information presentation
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
