Senior GPU Memory Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GPU Memory Architect to contribute to the development of high-performance computing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative high-performance processor and system architectures focused on memory systems and energy efficiency
• Enhance architecture and micro-architecture features to optimize GPU memory systems for performance and efficiency
• Participate in performance and power simulations to analyze and improve energy efficiency metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CPU/GPU architecture and memory systems design with a focus on energy efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Expertise in power analysis and modeling in pipeline-based architectures
• Good understanding of power analysis tools like Ansys Power Artist and Synopsys PTPX
• Experience with C, C++, and some scripting languages
