Job Summary

Senior GPU Memory Architect is a full-time position focused on developing high-performance computing systems, particularly in enhancing memory system efficiency and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative high-performance processor and system architectures with an emphasis on memory systems and energy efficiency
• Analyze benchmarks and application workloads to identify areas for architecture optimizations
• Collaborate with external partners on system infrastructure and debug power, performance, and functional issues

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CPU/GPU architecture and memory systems design focused on energy efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Expertise in power analysis and modeling in pipeline-based architectures
• Familiarity with power analysis tools such as Ansys Power Artist and Synopsys PTPX
• Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and scripting languages
