A company is looking for a Senior Grant Manager - Housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project and task management activities, including developing project work plans
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of housing recovery program management functions
• Provide expert level federal regulatory and policy guidance to clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree and five years of experience with single family housing programs using CDBG funding
• Expert knowledge of federal grant program regulations
• Strong analytical skills for data retrieval and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work remotely and travel to client sites as needed
