Job Summary

Leading reimbursement execution and financial compliance for broadband grant programs, the full-time Senior Grant Reimbursement Lead will manage the reimbursement workflow, validate expenditure documentation, and ensure timely closeout activities while collaborating closely with Finance and Accounting teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reimbursement workflow for active broadband grant programs, ensuring submission readiness and adherence to standards
• Validate financial documentation for completeness and compliance with grant requirements, maintaining reimbursement trackers and closeout schedules
• Serve as the primary interface with Finance and Accounting for cost support and financial closeout documentation, addressing any issues that arise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years of experience in grant compliance, financial operations, or reimbursement processing
• Strong experience in grant reimbursement and closeout support
• Financial-related certifications or relevant financial operations experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a deadline-driven, regulated, or audit-sensitive environment required
