Senior Grant Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Grant Strategist to lead grant strategy and execution across the health system.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate grant opportunities aligned with enterprise priorities
• Lead the execution of grant proposals, including planning, narrative development, and submission
• Maintain a centralized grant pipeline, tracking opportunities and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, public policy, healthcare management, or a related field
• Five years of professional grant writing experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit organizations
• Demonstrated success in securing federal, state, or foundation grant funding
• Experience managing multiple concurrent grant submissions under tight deadlines
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
