Job Summary

To support the Voices for Healthy Kids team, the full-time Senior Grants Administrator will manage the operational execution of a complex, multi-million-dollar grant-funded department, ensuring alignment between programmatic goals and budgetary compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a home-based work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Integrates grant requirements into program management and monitors budgets, ensuring timely completion of all grant deliverables
• Coordinates program budget development in collaboration with various internal teams, ensuring alignment with funder expectations
• Acts as a liaison among stakeholders to facilitate effective program management and maintain audit readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of meaningful experience in grant management
• Strong background in budgeting and financial analysis
• Experience with grant compliance and reporting
• Proficiency in grant management software and data analysis
