Job Summary

To support the Voices for Healthy Kids team, the full-time Senior Grants Administrator will coordinate the operational execution of a complex, multi-million-dollar grant-funded department, ensuring alignment between programmatic goals and financial management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Integrates grant requirements into programs and monitors budgets, ensuring compliance and timely completion of deliverables
• Coordinates program budget development and collaborates with internal stakeholders to align with funder expectations
• Develops and maintains internal systems to support audit readiness and effective program management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant experience in grant management
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting
• Experience with grant compliance and contract management
• Familiarity with grant management software
