Job Summary

To support the Voices for Healthy Kids team, the full-time Senior Grants Administrator will manage the operational execution of a complex, multi-million-dollar grant-funded department, ensuring compliance, budget monitoring, and collaboration across multiple teams in a home-based work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Integrates grant requirements into program management while monitoring budgets, spending, and compliance
• Coordinates program budget development in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with funder expectations
• Builds and maintains relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration and high-quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of relevant experience in grant management or related fields
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget reporting
• Experience with grant compliance and management software
• Strong collaborative skills to work across various functional teams
