Senior Grants Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Grants & Contracts Analyst who will manage sponsored funds with a focus on pre-award and post-award functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative guidance on protocols, regulations, and guidelines to faculty and research professionals
• Manage complex grants and contracts, ensuring compliance and timely submission of proposals and budgets
• Oversee post-award processes, including account maintenance, reporting, and financial reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Four years of related experience in sponsored research or financial positions
• Additional education may substitute for required experience
• Successful completion of the Research Administration Training Program may count as relevant experience
• Knowledge of accounting and budgeting practices is preferred
