Senior Grants Analyst

Job Summary

Providing dedicated professional level sponsored funds management, the full-time Senior Grants Analyst will focus on pre-award and post-award functions, including proposal preparation, budget development, account maintenance, and compliance, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complex award management activities, including account monitoring, audits, and reporting
• Act as the final point of contact with faculty and budgetary staff for application submissions to various funding agencies
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and sponsor guidelines throughout the grant and contract management process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Four years of related experience in sponsored research and/or financial positions
• Successful completion of the Research Administration Training Program is equivalent to two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of external federal guidelines and procedures for grants and contracts, including NIH and NSF
• Experience in an academic or medical setting is preferred
