Job Summary
To provide strategic oversight of federal grants administration and compliance, the remote Senior Grants Compliance Expert will manage a team of grantees, ensuring high-quality technical assistance and project deliverables while supervising staff and maintaining client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees federal grant administration, including performance reviews, financial analysis, and compliance assessments
- Leads the design and improvement of monitoring methodologies and compliance review tools
- Analyzes data to identify compliance risks and provides strategic guidance to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in program and contract management
- A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in public health or human services through publications or presentations
- Knowledge of federal government contracting and grants management
