Job Summary
Providing strategic oversight of federal grants administration and compliance, the remote Senior Grants Compliance Expert will manage monitoring activities, lead technical assistance efforts, and supervise staff to enhance program effectiveness and accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees federal grant administration activities, including monitoring, compliance reviews, and corrective action management
- Leads the design and improvement of monitoring methodologies and compliance assessment tools
- Analyzes data to identify compliance risks and technical assistance needs while managing client relationships
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in program and contract management
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- 3 years of contract or grant writing experience
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in public health or human services through publications or presentations
