Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Grants Manager to oversee grant administration and support faculty and departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for grants management, providing guidance and support to faculty and departments
  • Oversee pre-award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and sponsor requirements
  • Manage the setup of newly funded awards and facilitate collaboration with central administrative offices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of pre-award and post-award grants management experience
  • Strong knowledge of federal and non-federal grant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Supervisory experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and grants management systems
