Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring effective tracking, management, and communication
• Establish and oversee operations for a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams
• Manage departmental contracting processes and financial activities, including expense reporting and compliance tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, financial, and reporting processes
• Proficient in budget projection, variance analysis, and financial data interpretation
