Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring effective tracking, management, and communication
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams
• Oversee departmental operations including accounting, expense reporting, and procurement while developing compliance reports and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five (5) years of experience in grants and grant management
• Comprehensive experience with operational planning and management, including financial analysis
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes related to service agreements and grants
