Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for data science research grants, ensuring effective tracking, management, and communication
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams
• Oversee operational activities including accounting, expense reporting, and procurement, while developing compliance tools and reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five (5) years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience in operational planning and management, including budgeting and financial analysis
• Proficiency in budget projection, variance analysis, and financial data interpretation
