Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring effective tracking and management
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating communication with stakeholders and internal staff
• Oversee operational tasks including accounting, expense reporting, and procurement, while developing compliance reports and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five (5) years of experience in grants and grant management
• Comprehensive experience in operational planning and management, including budgeting and financial analysis
• Proficient in budget projection, variance analysis, and financial data interpretation
