Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, including management and communication with staff
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with external stakeholders and internal teams
• Handle operational tasks such as accounting, expense reporting, and procurement while developing compliance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in research, grants management, and budget oversight
• Five (5) years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience with operational planning and management in a healthcare context
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting processes
