Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring effective management and communication
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams
• Handle operational tasks including accounting, expense reporting, and procurement while developing compliance tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience in operational planning and management within the healthcare sector
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting, financial, and reporting processes related to grants
