Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring effective management and communication
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with various stakeholders
• Oversee operational activities including accounting, expense reporting, and procurement while developing compliance tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in research within the healthcare sector, including grants management
• Proven experience in operational planning and financial analysis
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes related to grants
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
