Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for data science research grants, ensuring efficient tracking, management, and communication
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal staff
• Oversee operational processes including accounting, expense reporting, and procurement, while developing compliance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget
• Five (5) years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience in operational planning and management, including financial analysis
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting processes for grants
