Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring efficient tracking and management
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating communication with stakeholders and internal staff
• Oversee operational tasks including accounting, expense reporting, and procurement, while developing compliance reports and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of experience in grants and grant management
• Comprehensive experience with operational planning and management
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting processes
