Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring efficient tracking and management
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating communication with stakeholders and staff
• Handle operational tasks including accounting and procurement, while developing reports and compliance tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting processes
• Proficient in budget projection, variance analysis, and financial data interpretation
