Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring effective tracking, management, and communication
• Establish and manage operations for a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal staff
• Handle departmental contracting processes and manage relationships with legal and external vendors to meet business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, including research in healthcare, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five (5) years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience with operational planning and financial analysis
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes for service agreements and grants
