Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for data science research grants, including management and communication with stakeholders
• Establish and oversee a new surveillance program, coordinating with internal and external parties
• Manage accounting, expense reporting, and procurement processes while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting processes
• Proficiency in budget projection, planning, and variance analysis
