Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, including management, tracking, and communication
• Establish and oversee operations for a new surveillance program, engaging with various stakeholders
• Coordinate with staff statisticians and epidemiologists to develop operational and communication plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience with operational planning and financial analysis
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes for grants
