Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for data science research grants, including management and communication with staff and stakeholders
• Establish and oversee a new surveillance program, coordinating with external and internal parties
• Handle operations such as accounting, expense reporting, and procurement while building relationships with legal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience with operational planning and management principles
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting processes
