Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for data science research grants, including tracking, management, and communication
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams
• Oversee operational activities like accounting, expense reporting, and procurement, while ensuring compliance and building relationships with vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget
• Five (5) years of experience in grants and grant management
• Comprehensive experience in operational planning and management, including financial analysis and business administration
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting, financial, and reporting processes related to grants
