Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for data science research grants, including tracking, management, and communication
• Establish and manage a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and expert committees
• Oversee operational tasks such as accounting, expense reporting, and procurement, while ensuring compliance and building relationships with vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting processes
• Proficient in budget projection, variance analysis, and financial data interpretation
