Senior Grants Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager who will oversee operations for data science research grants and a new surveillance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring effective management and communication
• Establish and manage operations for a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams
• Handle departmental contracting processes and manage financial activities, including budgeting and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in research, healthcare, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five (5) years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive experience in operational planning and financial analysis
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting and reporting processes for service agreements and grants
