Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Science and Grants Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a portfolio of data science research grants, ensuring effective management and communication
• Establish and oversee a new surveillance program, coordinating with stakeholders and internal staff
• Manage departmental operations including accounting, expense reporting, and vendor relationships, while developing compliance tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in healthcare research, legal, contracts, and budget management
• Five years of grants and grant management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, financial, and reporting processes related to grants
• Proficient in budget projection, variance analysis, and financial data interpretation
